Since March 2025, COVID antigen “tests” are no longer covered by social security with or without a prescription.
Only the prescription of a COVID PCR test in a medical biology laboratory remains covered by social security.
FLU :
Influenza testing by PCR or antigen test in a medical biology laboratory is not covered by social security for outpatients (except in suspected cases of zoonotic influenza).
RSV :
RSV testing by PCR or antigen testing in a medical biology laboratory is not covered by social security.
This information also applies to pharmacies that carried out antigen tests.
